Scan a QR code with your phone to log in to a Windows computer
WWPass for WinLogon is a zero-trust solution built on WWPass technology. Your Windows credentials are encrypted directly in the browser and transmitted to the server in encrypted form, completely hidden from third parties.
When logging in to your Windows computer, you scan the QR code on the login screen. The computer then connects to the winlogon.wwpass.com server and retrieves your data. The data is decrypted on the computer and used as your credentials. Once complete, the decrypted username is displayed just below the QR code for your reference. You can then press the Enter key or click the arrow button to access your account.
WWPass WinLogon supports all types of user accounts:
- Local account
- Personal account linked to a Microsoft email address (Outlook)
- User account in a company Azure (Entra ID) tenant
- User account in a company Active Directory (the computer must be joined to the company domain)
